once your oder is placed: domestic ground orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days via USPS Priority Mail from the date of purchase, which usually delivers within 2-4 days for most destinations within the US. Overnight and 2-day shipping is available for an additional fee. Please notify us at info@little-minis.com if you have any specific shipping requests or need your order at any specific time. we're happy to help accommodate rush orders, just let us know!

international

We do ship internationally  -  USPS First-Class mail, which can take up to 2 weeks for delivery depending on your location. International orders may take more time to ship, so again, let us know if you're in a rush and we'll do our best to accommodate. Additional shipment methods are available for a fee - please email us for details.

also, please note that due to the nature of First-Class mail, it's very difficult to track your international package. If you feel that it's taking longer than it should to receive your order, contact us at info@little-minis.com to receive your Customs number, which can sometimes be used within your country's mail system to locate your package. unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or missing international packages.

returns

little minis will happily accept items for exchange or store credit that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and otherwise in new condition. please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a return or exchange authorization. your return or exchange request must be received within this time frame to be honored. all returns must be received with 14 days of the original ship date. every little minis piece is limited edition, so the exact item may not be available for exchange at the time of return. In this case, we will do our very best to find you a similar item that you love! If for any reason we don't have something you want to exchange for at that time, we will issue a store credit.
  
return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. we are not responsible for lost items. unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse original shipping fees.
