shipping + returns



once your oder is placed: domestic ground orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days via USPS Priority Mail or First Class based on your preference. orders are considered before 1pm pst each day. which usually delivers within 2-4 days for most destinations within the US. However, because of the amount of pieces during the official "launches" please allow one week for shipment. Once packaged allow the 2-4 days to arrive depending on your location. Please notify us at if you have any specific shipping requests or need your order at any specific time. 


We do ship internationally  -  USPS First-Class mail, which can take up to 2 weeks for delivery depending on your location. International orders may take more time to ship, so again, let us know if you're in a rush and we'll do our best to accommodate. Additional shipment methods are available for a fee - please email us for details.

also, please note that due to the nature of First-Class mail, it's very difficult to track your international package. If you feel that it's taking longer than it should to receive your order, contact us at to receive your Customs number, which can sometimes be used within your country's mail system to locate your package. unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or missing international packages.


little minis will happily accept items for return that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and otherwise in new condition with tags! please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a return or exchange authorization. your return or exchange request must be received within this time frame to be honored. every little minis piece is limited edition, so the exact item may not be available for exchange at the time of return.

*Please note, any returns or repairs are only available to the original owners within 7 days of purchase. If you are not the original owner and don't have tags attached, we cannot accommodate your request. 

return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. we are not responsible for lost items. unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse original shipping fees.

if a refund is issued it is only for the item/s and not shipping.
